Welcome...I'm delighted that you chose to visit! I started this blog in March 2010 and I am so happy that I did. It has made me more aware of the many ways that God is blessing my life. I have made some special friends who bless, teach, encourage, and entertain me! My desire is to be an encouragement to you. I hope you will tarry for a while and that you will come back to visit often.

cooing critters

When we first put this feeder up,
it took a while for the birds to find it.
But, now it is a busy place!

These mourning doves are the most frequent visitors.
They are such a pretty shade of gray and
they make the sweetest sounds...

Thanks for visiting today...
Hope your weekend is filled with sweet things!

  3. What beautiful visitors you have at your bird feeder! I love mourning doves, but I'll have to admit their 'calls' make me a bit sad.
    Have a nice weekend!

  5. Doves are so much fun to watch. We also have ones called Eurasia collared doves that are a bit larger and even paler in color. They all seem to get along fine under our feeders.

Hope you have had a great week. My birdies were happy to see me home--so that I could feed them.. Isn't it just so much fun to feed the birds. Love your feeder.
