My favorite dollar store is Dollar Tree where everything is $1.
I haven't bought all of these at our store, but I have purchased
enough to know it is a stop worth making.
If I can save money, especially on things you throw away
like cards and party and wrapping supplies, I am all for it!
So, if you have a dollar store in your area and have
never checked it out...
you don't know what you've been missing!! :-)
I love Dollar Tree! My mom's town had one before mine did, and the big drawback was that whenever I went in there ... I spent a LOT more than a dollar! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's our new favorite go to store for sending holiday packages to Andrew in Afghanistan. He will not be able to bring anything we send him home with him so it makes sense to get the best deal we can to fill his boxes.
ReplyDeleteDollar Trees are the best. I was introduced to my first one in Bellingham, Wash. just across the border a few years ago. I was leaving on a missions trip to Africa with 9 other ladies and we were buying school supplies, personal hygiene products, tooth brushes etc and I went crazy in this store. I'm sure half my suitcase was stuff from there. Since then we now have Dollar Trees in Canada, but everything is $1.25. Still a good deal though.
ReplyDeleteI have one but I never think of stopping by. I should I know, after I saw this list, I need to go there first.
ReplyDeletei love dollar stores. we have two Dollar Trees, and One called Everything is a Dollar, 3 Dollar Generals, 3 Family dollars.... i like all of them...also we have 2 Big Lots, but the everything a dollar ones are the best. there is a dollar tree just 6 tenths of a mile from my front door.
ReplyDeletethis is a great list!! as you know, i have caught on!! i always get my cookie trays there each christmas. after christmas, i got ceramic christmas/snowflake plates for 30 cents each. you just can't beat it!! xo
ReplyDeleteWe have a Dollar General near us --and we always buy our greeting cards there. I also buy my reading glasses there. AND--I've bought storage containers there. They are cheaper even than Walmart...
