About Me

Welcome...I'm delighted that you chose to visit! I started this blog in March 2010 and I am so happy that I did. It has made me more aware of the many ways that God is blessing my life. I have made some special friends who bless, teach, encourage, and entertain me! My desire is to be an encouragement to you. I hope you will tarry for a while and that you will come back to visit often.

child talk

We went to church where he saw a puppet show that he loved and couldn't stop talking about. After lunch, we went outside to "bwow" bubbles.....

And after a nap, we made things with "flay dough".....

Didn't get pictures, but he and Chief kicked balls and a "balloom" around the yard and inside the house. We read many books and ate "basketti" and "cream". We hugged and kissed and snuggled and tickled....and laughed a lot!

And just before going to sleep, after he told me one more "somepin"about the puppet show, he said, "I wuv you." My,my...I thought my heart would burst! I love being Gran!! :-)

  1. I am glad you shared more baby words. It looks like you had a wonderful time. I get to have two of mine on Wednesday. Mom and Dad need some time out before the new baby comes. I am looking forward to having them too. I never knew I would love being a gama so much. I used to think when I would hear grand mothers talk on and on they were a little cracked. Little did I know. :) It looks like a grand day.

  5. Isn't it so much fun when they begin to communicate ... I love the language.. and sometimes I'm sad when they grow out of it.
