These are a few of the things I am thankful for today:
161. the blooms on our dogwood tree
162. the patience of God
163. take-it-easy days (rare but wonderful!)
164. friends I can "vent" to and who can "vent" to me
165. my hope in Christ
166. a hubby who will eat almost anything
167. the arms of a grandchild reaching for me
168. the ability to remember
169. projects that turn out the way they are suppose to
170. and ideas that help to "fix" the ones that don't! :-)
"Thank God! Pray to Him by name!
Tell everyone you meet what He has done"

Beautiful....Spring is here!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful list! I can't wait to see our dogwood bloom!
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie, I love reading what you are thankful for. Our dogwood (and not too much of anything else) has bloomed here yet... Even though we had a warm and spring-like weekend, it is supposed to get cold again this coming week. Don't think Spring is 'really' here yet.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great St. Patrick's Day.
Hugs,
Betsy
I'm hoping to see some blooms on my dogwood soon. Blessings...
ReplyDeleteVenting to friends lets cleansing winds sweep through the soul, clear out the cobwebs and bring a new breeze of perspective into the thoughts. Love you!
ReplyDeleteamen to all of theses and a double amen to the hubby who eats anything and the ability to remember..
ReplyDeleteVery lovely.
ReplyDeleteDebbie, hi! I am glad you have the ability to remember. I can remember all of my grand-school teachers and where the rooms were in the school. But ask me if I turned off the light in the storage room a minute ago, and I'll have to double check it. Hahahahaha.
ReplyDeleteYa Debbie I love how he just dove for that cupcake! So dang cute!!! Thanks for your comment. I did make me smile and laugh.
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous bloom!!
ReplyDeleteI like your list! That dogwook blossom is beautiful! I don't know if I've ever seen such a beautiful one... there must be different varieties. It does look like a cross with the crown on thorns.
ReplyDeleteSo much to be thankful for. Great list once again! And now I will wait for my dogwood to bloom...though I may be waiting awhile.
