Here she is waiting on her guests.
And sparkly shoes from Dad and his fiancee.
Just before going home...the birthday girl, her dad,
her sister and her cousin (the one with pigtails) who rode two hours with her mom to
come to the party. That was very sweet!

After church and lunch today, I headed home in dreary weather. It rained for 2 1/2 of the 3 1/2 hour trip. I was worn out when I got home, but grateful for a safe trip and a sweet visit. Sure love those grands!
glad she had a good time. Love the pictures. Wish we could've been there. Maybe when Lil E is bigger and can travel better we'll get up there.
ReplyDeleteMy oldest granddaughter is nine too! Such a sweet age. Today, she hugged me for quite a while with her arms around my waist and she almost comes up to just under my chin. Where have the years gone?
ReplyDeleteSo glad you could make it to grandgirlie's celebration. Girls are such fun at that age! My oldest grands (twin girls) just turned ten.
