This is a crock pot recipe my daughter shared with me. I don't have a picture, but it it is all white, so it doesn't make a great photo anyway. It is super easy and it is super good and the chicken is so tender!
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 envelope dried Italian dressing mix
Place chicken in crock pot. Mix soup and cream cheese until well blended. Add dressing mix and stir well. Pour over chicken and stir. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve over rice. YUMMY! :-)
If you like easy as much as I like easy, you're gonna love this!

how can you go wrong with cream cheese?!
ReplyDeleteMay I share with you and your readers a pretty good homemade sauce recipe that mimics cream soups? It's very economical and I use one recipe to replace cream of mushroom soup and the other one when a recipe calls for cream of chicken soup.

My walking friend has told me about this recipe. I have to try it now that I've heard a few rave reports!
