more peas


 A bushel of zipper peas this time!
It took hubby and I about 4 hours to shell them.


Next, a thorough rinsing...


...then blanching...

...and bagging.


 The result... 20 quarts for the freezer!


Whew! Glad that's done! :-)

    Wow! What a lot of work, but what a good accomplishment to have chat time with hubby as well as being productive. Looks impressive!
