In fact, I had him the next day. Although I was having back labor during the cantata, I wanted to hear Saige sing with the Children's Choir ("Christmas isn't Christmas till it happens in your heart...).

I must have practiced a few times with the choir before deciding not to sing in the cantata because I remember singing the "shepherd song" and it touching me so much since I was one of those He was "gently leading with young." I couldn't get through it without crying.

Both these songs from that canata still bless me as I think back on them and that blessed time in our lives.Grahamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09384895311409271443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2042795086855373255.post-8721432406336460732011-02-25T11:39:43.423-05:002011-02-25T11:39:43.423-05:00A great promise!A great promise!Judy https://www.blogger.com/profile/00929685771427155673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2042795086855373255.post-12205086223943652942011-02-25T10:50:50.442-05:002011-02-25T10:50:50.442-05:00I always thought of this as my labor verse. They both told me that was how they got through labor. I thought it was a neat picture, when I run across it in my reading now, I am always reminded me how He delivered me then and He will now. It is a very nice reminder and I can see how you are enjoying your study.Farm Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00998621464797636686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2042795086855373255.post-53664538888774372352011-02-24T22:07:19.612-05:002011-02-24T22:07:19.612-05:00Spent some time catching up on your blog. As a child I had memorized that never really understanding the importance of what I was quoting and can still quote till this day until a few years ago. Beautiful scripture!
